Just a reminder, we need a new medication form and/or action care plan before ANY medication can be administered at school. Please plan ahead and make your doctor appointments early. Remember this includes a doctor form for ALL medication, even over the counter (cough drops, Tylenol, Advil, etc).
ALL medication must be in the original container. No medication will be administered from baggies or envelopes.
Don't forget to pick up your child's medication before or on the last day of school. Any medication remaining will be discarded.
