TMS Inducts New Honor Students

Tecumseh Middle School recently inducted new members into the local chapter of the National Junior Honor Society.  Candidates are  eligible for election to the chapter if they have a minimum scholarship average of “A” or 3.5 equivalent.  Once candidates were eligible, a panel of teachers selected students for induction through an application process that measured Scholarship, Leadership, Character and Service.  On Thursday, March 1, TMS inducted 55 new 7th and 8th graders into NJHS.  Families enjoyed a formal ceremony with a reception that followed.
