Physical Education Waiver an Option for 9-11th Grade Students

In accordance with Senate Bill 311, students in grades 9-11 may be excused from the Physical Education (P.E.) requirement for graduation by receiving two (2) P.E. Waivers in any combination of district-sponsored and OHSAA sanctioned interscholastic athletics, cheerleading, marching band (per season) or AFJROTC (per year).

In accordance with Senate Bill 311, students in grades 9-11 may be excused from the Physical Education (P.E.) requirement for graduation by receiving two (2) P.E. Waivers in any combination of district-sponsored and OHSAA sanctioned interscholastic athletics, cheerleading, marching band (per season) or AFJROTC (per year).

Additionally, the student will be required to complete an additional ½ unit of credit in the area of their choice. All waivers must be earned at Tecumseh High School prior to the student entering their Senior year.
