Elementary Shuttle Bus Information

Your child will be picked up on their regular elementary bus route and taken to your neighborhood school building.  If your child needs to go to a different building for his/her grade assignment, the child will be transported there on a shuttle bus .  In the afternoon the students will be brought back to their neighborhood buildings by the same shuttle buses and then get on their regular bus to go home.

Since Medway Elementary is no longer operating as an elementary building, the "Home" school or "Neighborhood school will be Park Layne Elementary for students in the Medway area.  Students will ride their regular Medway area bus route and then go to Park Layne Elementary and get on a shuttle bus if they need to go to Donnelsville or New Carlisle.

Walkers and Parent Drop Off Students:  Need to be at their neighborhood elementary buildings to catch a shutle bus to their assigned grade level school by 7:50 a.m.

Bus Pass Changes

Due to most of our buses being filled to capacity as well as the addition of the shuttle buses to the elementary bus routes, we will not be able to issue bus passes for your child to ride a different bus.  Please make sure you have made after school arrangements ahead of time for your child.  The Latchkey Program is available in Donnelsville, Park Layne and New Carlisle Elementary buildings on a daily basis, on an as needed basis, as well as in an emergency situation.
