We love to get our parents involved at Park Layne Elementary. We hosted two Grandparent Days at the end of March, and we just invited kindergarten parents to school to attend music class with their kids in April. We had more than 75 families join us.
First grade classrooms are all planning parent involvement events including Muffins for Moms, Donut or Dogs for Dads, a spring play, and a class picnic. These events will take place for the different classrooms over the months of April and May. All parents are also welcome to sign up to help out during Field Day on Tuesday, May 22.
