Kindergarten Registration for 2021-2022

Registration (for Spanish instructions use this link)
  1. Direct Link - Online Registration/OneView
  2. Online registration can be completed on a cell phone
  3. For help call the Park Layne Office at 937-845-4470. Please leave a message if no one answers. If you need a return call in Spanish, please note this on your voicemail and someone will return the call in Spanish.
  4. Once you have completed the online registration, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Park Layne Elementary office.
Required Documents
  1. Official Birth Certificate (not a hospital record)
  2. Immunization Record
  3. Custody Papers, if applicable
  4. Proof of Residency: current utility bill, mortgage or lease
  5. Parent/Guardian identification
Submitting Documents - Choose an option below - Students will not be assigned a teacher until ALL documents are on file in the school office
  1. Scan and email a PDF to [email protected] (You can download a free scan app such as Adobe scan on your phone. It will take a photo and turn it into an easy to read PDF file that you can then email)
  2. Mail to Park Layne Elementary 12355 Diller Road, New Carlisle, OH 45344
  3. Fax the paperwork to Park Layne at 937-849-6750
  4. Drop off at Park Layne Elementary in the lobby area during normal office hours. Please note that no visitors are allowed in the building due to COVID-19.
Assessment
  1. Kindergarten assessment will take place by appointment on May 18 and 19
  2. Students will be assessed on early reading skills, and will have vision, hearing, and speech screenings
  3. Any child who meets the age requirement can attend kindergarten regardless of their performance at assessment

We will have devices for parents to use, and we will have interpreters available to help our Spanish speaking families. Please do not bring children or extra adults to this event.

If your student(s) has forgotten their Google Account password, please fill out the form by using the link below. The technology department will reset the password and contact you with the information.
 
UPDATE- OneView can now be accessed from a cell phone. If you need computer access, please stop in at any Tecumseh Local School during normal school hours.

This form is for families living outside of the Tecumseh District. Please note we cannot approve Open Enrollment applications from Fairborn or Mad River School Districts.
This form is for families living within the Tecumseh district for students in grades 2-5.
