BACKGROUND
Tecumseh High School is a public high school near New Carlisle, Ohio. The school and district are named in honor of Tecumseh, a chief of the Shawnee people who lived in the general area between approximately 1768-1813. Tecumseh Local Schools is one of six public school districts located in Clark County.
Tecumseh High School has a long standing tradition of academic excellence. Our students leave THS prepared for their post-secondary pursuits. Whether they plan to pursue a four-year university, a two-year community college, the military, or the workforce THS prides itself on knowing that our students are ready for their next challenge.
Finally, the Arrow Nation, as we like to call it, is a group of students, parents, staff, alumni, and community members who are proud to be a part of the Tecumseh Local Schools family and wear the "Circle T" with pride.
ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITY
Tecumseh High School students can participate in AP, Honors, and Advanced Courses in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. In addition, THS has College Credit Plus Partnerships with Sinclair Community College, Clark State, Urbana, and the University of Cincinnati.
