Hello Arrow Families,

As Principal of New Carlisle Elementary Schools, I wanted to share with you what a wonderful place NCES is for students to learn!  It is a learning environment where we have something for everyone. Our remarkable teachers/staff differentiate their instruction, work individually with students to help them be successful.  The teachers and staff genuinely care about their students.  We also have talented Specials teachers who give the students superb experiences with Art, Music, PE, Library and Technology.  NCES teachers/staff are designing education to meet the needs of an ever-changing world.  We are a strong community of people, here to show our students WE CARE!
