1/5 - 1/9
1/5 - Winter NWEA MAPs window opens
1/5 - 6th grade critical thinking group meeting (room 204 @ homeroom)
1/6 - Student Council Meeting (Ms. King's room 109 @ homeroom) 
1/7 - 8th grade field trip to CTC (leave TMS @ 11:45; return to TMS @ 2:30) - All 8th grade students will attend. 
1/8 - Power of the Pen meeting (Mrs. Emberton's room @ homeroom)
1/8 - Power of the Pen after school meeting (Mrs. Emberton's room @ 2:45 - 3:45pm)

1/12 - 1/16
1/12 - 6th grade critical thinking group meeting (room 204 @ homeroom)
1/13 - 2nd quarter grade cards given to students (homeroom)
1/13 - 7th grade Washington DC Informational Parent Meeting (TMS Cafeteria @ 6:00pm). This meeting is for any current 7th grade student and their parent/guardian interested in the 8th grade trip to Washington DC. The trip will be in November of 2026. 
1/15 - Power of the Pen meeting (Mrs. Emberton's room @ homeroom)
1/15 - Power of the Pen after school meeting (Mrs. Emberton's room @ 2:45 - 3:45pm)
1/16 - Teacher Inservice Day - No school for students 

Important Information  
* Free Math tutoring available at New Carlisle Public Library - very Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00pm. Virgil, a retired engineer, volunteers to help students with their math homework.
