At Tecumseh Local Schools, we are committed to transparency and accountability in managing our financial resources. Our goal is to ensure that every dollar supports the success of our students, enhances educational opportunities, and maintains the quality of our schools. We invite parents and community members to explore detailed financial reports, including budgets, expenditures, and funding sources, to stay informed about how resources are allocated. District Information

Resources

  • The Student Activity Sales Project Application is a required document for all student groups engaging in fundraising activities within the district. This form ensures that all sales projects align with district policies, maintain transparency, and support the educational mission of the school. Advisors or group leaders must complete the form prior to initiating any fundraising efforts, providing details such as the purpose of the fundraiser, items being sold, and the intended use of the funds. By adhering to this process, the district can effectively monitor and support student fundraising activities while ensuring accountability.

  • The Student Wellness and Success Plan is designed to prioritize the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students across our district. This document outlines the initiatives funded to enhance wellness services, such as mental health support, social-emotional learning opportunities, and partnerships with community organizations. These efforts aim to create a nurturing environment where every student can thrive both academically and personally. By allocating resources thoughtfully, the district ensures that students receive the support they need to succeed. Parents are encouraged to review the plan to understand how these services directly benefit their children and contribute to their overall success.

  • These guidelines were prepared to assist Booster Clubs in meeting District, State of Ohio, and Federal requirements. Therefore, it includes checklists, laws, regulations, policies, suggestions and examples for Booster Clubs to follow. These guidelines include some items that must be followed by all Booster Clubs, such as District policies and guidelines, and State and Federal regulations.

Booster Clubs are parent organizations established to promote school programs or complement student groups or activities. A Booster Club’s purpose may be to support a student group or program at a particular school or various student groups or programs at various schools. Students enrich their education and expand their horizons when they participate in school activities and programs. Even though a Booster Club works very closely with the District, it is a separate entity from the District.
