Congratulations to our Winners!

 

Top 5 Essays

Tecumseh High School students were given the opportunity to
write an essay about Medway or Bethel Township. Medway Area
Historical Society and Tecumseh High School staff members graded the
essays. The essays were judged for their historical relevance, grammar,
and interest. In 3rd Place, winning $100 is Freshman Grace Fox with her
essay "What Happened To The Classic Hot Dogs Plus Ice Cream Diner?"
In 2nd place, winning $300 is Freshman Adelyn Felton for her essay
"Summer Resort." In 1st place, winning $500 is Freshman Emma Wilson
for her essay “Who’s Who in the Medway Cemetery.” The Tecumseh High
School Social Studies Department would like to thank the Medway Area
Historical Society for providing this opportunity for Tecumseh High
School students and congratulate Grace, Adelyn, and Emma!
