Message from the Principal

As Principal of New Carlisle Elementary Schools, I wanted to share with you what a wonderful place NCES is for students to learn!  It is a learning environment where we have something for everyone. Our remarkable teachers/staff differentiate their instruction, work individually with students to help them be successful.  The teachers and staff genuinely care about their students.  We also have talented Specials teachers who give the students superb experiences with Art, Music, PE, Library and Technology.  NCES teachers/staff are designing education to meet the needs of an ever-changing world.  We are a strong community of people, here to show our students WE CARE

We appreciate your interest in our school.  Please come back, not only to our website but a personal visit as well.  Feel free to stop in the office if you ever have any questions.  See you soon!

Mrs. Randenburg, Principal

Help make a positive impact on your child's school by joining the Tecumseh Elementary PTO. This is a great way to get involved, meet parents from across the district and help provide additional supports and activities for your child(ren).

PTO meetings are generally held at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria at Park Layne Elementary on the second Monday of the month and are open to all Tecumseh Elementary School families. We hope to see you at our next meeting.

If you have any questions about our PTO, please contact a building principal, a PTO officer or you can email the PTO at pto@tecumsehlocal.org.

Our Elementary School's R Factor program empowers students to take ownership of their actions and choices. Focused on building resilience, responsibility, and positive relationships, the program helps students develop critical life skills. Through engaging lessons and daily practice, we encourage students to "press pause" and respond thoughtfully in any situation. Join us in supporting this meaningful initiative to help our students succeed!

Our Elementary School's PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) program is designed to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. By teaching and reinforcing respectful, responsible, and safe behaviors, PBIS helps students thrive both socially and academically. Together, we can support our students in making positive choices every day!
